Gutter, Soffit and fascia Cleaning

This is a job usually done at the same time as gutter cleaning, but not always. Why get these cleaned? Well, it is largely due to cosmetic reasons; it just makes the house look better. But there is also another reason beyond just cosmetic. If algae build-up is left on the UPVC of the gutter, soffits, and fascia's, it slowly eats away at the outer layer and will, over time, leave shadows or light marks if it is left too long between cleans. Rather than lovely white gutters, soffits, and fascia's, they become a slightly light grey mottled colour.
